The "78% Sweater" has been developed during a research about the notion of completeness as a final stage of a process of production. Such a process is generally thought of as linear and chronological. Interrupting it accordingly leaves the object in a state of non-completeness. The "78% Sweater" is a work which challenges this logic because it is both, a finished product and an incomplete object. The chronology of the process is destabilized and the narration becomes ambiguous: is the sweater not finished yet (i.e. was the second sleeve never produced) or was it finished and has the second sleeve been removed afterwards?
